Shipping Summary (Within New Zealand)

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are usually sent within 3–5 working days. Delays or supply issues will be communicated.

  • No P.O. Boxes: A physical delivery address is required.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Urban: $9

    • Rural: $14 (extra time required for delivery)

    • Oversized items: $20 (e.g. cricket bats, large bags, weights)

  • Delivery Estimates: Shown at checkout; if higher than estimated, you’ll be notified and may cancel for a refund.

  • Order Processing: Orders on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day.

  • Click and Collect: Available for local customers. Pickup is from 177 George Street after receiving a notification email.
