Otago Sports Depot will not sell or distribute customer contact information unless required as a matter of law. You have the right to access, and to request correction or removal of any of your personal information according to the Privacy Act 1993.

Emails

We only send emails if you opt in. By registering your email, you can choose to receive product news, offers, and promotions. Every email includes a reply address and an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, you'll still get emails related to your orders.

Right to Use Site and Content

You may use this site only for the purposes for which it is provided. You must not use this site for fraudulent or other unlawful activity or otherwise do anything to damage or disrupt this site.

Content

We endeavour to ensure that any content will be current ,accurate or complete when you access it. However any error or inaccuracy which is brought to our intention will be dealt with within a reasonable time.
This site may contain links to other websites owned and operated by third parties and which are not under the control of us. In relation to any linked sites we provide these as a convenience to you and the existence of such a link does not imply any endorsement by us of the linked site and we are not responsible for any material contained on those sites.

Gift Vouchers

Otago Sports Depot Sports Power Gift Vouchers are available to purchase in our store as well as online. To purchase a Gift Voucher on our website, choose the Gift Voucher amount that you wish to purchase then add it to your Shopping Cart. At this stage Otago Sports Depot Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed in store. Otago Sports Depot Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Additional terms and conditions may apply for certain products or services which may be available through this site and any such additional terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with these terms of use.

Pricing

  • Prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST, but exclude delivery charges.

  • Prices on the website aim to match those in-store.

  • Otago Sports Depot reserves the right to correct pricing or product specification errors within 24 hours of being notified or after an order is processed.

Risk

The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.

Payment

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, Afterpay and Internet Banking.

  • Not Accepted: Gift Vouchers and Cheques (for online purchases).

  • Currency: All transactions are billed in NZD ($NZ).

  • Credit Card Payments:

    • Card details are submitted when placing the order.

    • Payment is processed once items are in stock and ready for dispatch.

    • You authorize Otago Sports Depot to charge your card.

    • The charge will appear as ‘Otago Sports Depot’ on your statement.

  • Internet Banking:

    • You'll be contacted with account details.

    • Your order is processed once funds have cleared.

  • Failed Transactions:

    • If your credit card is declined, the order may not proceed.

    • You may be contacted for alternative payment options.

  • Right to Refuse Payment:

    • Otago Sports Depot may decline a credit card payment for any reason and will notify you if the order isn’t processed.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled up until you have received a notification of dispatch, after this time the order will need to be treated as a return. To cancel an order just contact us immediately with your order number and details.
