Thanks for choosing Otago Sports Depot - we appreciate your support and hope you love your new gear!

We do not accept returns for Gift Vouchers, sale items, underwear, swimwear, drink bottles or drink bottle lids so please consider these purchases carefully.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.

If you are not happy with your purchase, it's too big or too small or you just don't like it, please request an exchange or a store credit provided the following conditions are met. 

• Goods are returned with the original receipt within 14 days
• Packaging must be in the original condition
• Goods must not be used, washed or soiled and must still have the tags attached

If you have to return an item, please include a note with your contact details, and order number.

We advise you track your return when sending back to us.

Should you wish to exchange the item purchased for another item you will need to pay any delivery charges applicable for the outgoing replacement item/s.

You will have the original cost of shipping deducted from any refunds on orders. If we are refunding your order please note that you will be charged a restocking fee of 2% of your order total. This only applies to refunds.

Please note that we will only refund postage on faulty goods.
