This model is lighter yet still carries strong stability characteristics, and is available in standard and wider (D) fit. Flytefoam is introduced to reduce weight and provide outstanding overall comfort. The new midsole/outsole is an X-groove system, which is integrated in the forefoot to allow the shoe to flex in all directions. The outsole is rounded on the edges and wrapped for durability, but also means less collapse of the midsole which gives more proprioceptive feedback to the player. The upper is stabilised by internal welding and a comfort fit tongue construction, while the rear has an external heel counter moulded to help reduce slipping. To enhance the overall comfort, GEL is located in the rearfoot and forefoot and a high quality removable moulded sockliner is included.
